CiS (Communications Infrastructure Services) comprises a large network of staff, associates and partners with a home base in Australia, providing project management, network design, integration, as well as specialist technical knowledge, working with live ICT networks in the Asia Pacific Region.

The CiS International group comprises CiS Wireless Pty Ltd and CiS Access Pty Ltd, with a subsidiary in Malaysia and a joint venture company in Indonesia with offices in Sydney, Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta, as well as various project offices.

The company was formed when Telstra closed many of its subsidiaries in Asia Pacific and, with a heritage based on world class carrier expertise, has a wealth of experience from many large projects, including:

Malaysia (telecommunications & IT support services to the oil and gas industry);

Indonesia (construction/integraion of 360 base stations); and

Philippines (program office - new mobile company with over 4000 base stations),

and the provision of consultancy and technical services to many Asia-Pacific telecommunications companies (Maxis, Telikom PNG, bemobile, Aircel, Telstra, VSNL, VNPT, NSN). CiS also provides advisory services to banks and private network developers.

CiS provides high value wireless broadband consultancy services through CiS Wireless Pty Ltd, and nationally has supplied over 1,000 fibre design services for backbone, GSM connect and customer connections for SingTel Optus, including surveys, drafting and environmental work, along with project management an quality control of contracted constructors.

CiS supports the Ramboll Group (the world's largest telecommunications design house) as the distributor in Australia and New Zealand of its steel poles and towers.
