Mobile Network and Operations Review - India
CiS was commissioned to review the performance of the network, systems, processes and people for one of India’s major mobile providers. This review developed jointly with the carrier’s management team defined a performance model that was appropriate for the Indian market, undertook a gap analysis against the model and made recommendations for acheiving and sustaining the current business and into the future.
Mobile Network and Operations Review - Tonga
CiS was commissioned to review the performance of the final acceptance testing program and oversea the actual testing on behalf of a carrier, a new mobile provider in Tonga. The review also assessed the performance, reporting and internal controls around the pre-paid mobile system.
Quality Audit - Singapore
CiS reviewed the business and technical policies and processes for a large US wireless equipment supplier. The work involved the design of an audit program under ISO 9001 TL2000 quality standards prior to its implementation by an internal team for the accreditation and management of its value added resellers network throughout Asia Pacific.

CiS supported a client providing sales and consulting activities in relation to the documentation of the business processes and system requirements for several carrier’s inventory system in Australia and India. ICT Design / Procurement - Australia
CiS provides consultancy services for the design and integration services of a communications network for the upgrade of an offshore gas platform and onshore facilities in Victoria. The role includes specifying and designing the radio and satellite transmission links, carrier interconnect, trunk radio, telemetry, PABX, CCTV, PA and LANs/WANs. CiS also manages the procurement process, the evaluation of vendors, contract negotiations, contract award and testing and commissioning, warranty management and final handover.
ICT Design - Malaysia
