Establishment and Handover of Operational PMO for Belltel
With a planned roll-out of 2,000 base stations, Belltel from the Philippines needed a well defined program office with strong governance, management and control, project software, scheduling, reporting and clear accountabilities. CiS successfully established and handed over an operational PMO.

Lead Engineer - Telecommunications

Design, Integration, Vendor Management and PM for Technip
As lead telecoms engineer with Technip on several oil and gas developments in Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia, CiS provided design, integration, vendor management and project management services for the telecoms and IT networks for their on-shore and offshore facilities. The sub-systems included LAN, CCTV, Entrance Control, Satellite, Carrier Backhaul, Interconnect, Trunk Radio and PABX.

Project Management for Nokia delivery of 350 BTS
Under CiS supervision, over 250 local staff and expats delivered 350 base stations on behalf of Nokia for PT Indosat's new mobile network in Surabaya, Indonesia. Services included Project Managing of Planning, Design, SITAC, Construction, Transmission and Commissioning.
