CiS has project managed very large projects in Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines including being the rollout manager for 350 BTS sites in East Java, the establishment of several large Program Offices as well as undertaking the ICT planning and deployment of numerous oil and gas developments.
Project rollouts follow PMI guidelines and utilise Quality Management, Project Management, Health and Safety and Information Security policies and processes to a standard accepted by Telstra.
To successfully deliver large projects CiS utilises industry standard project management disciplines. This includes utilising specialist Telecommunication and IT Project Managers working in program office deployment, supervision and construction management, quality control and coordination, procurement and logistics, scheduling and project administration as well as field supervision, testing and inspection.
